Sanvi Polyfab LLP, based in Rajkot, Gujarat, is a prominent manufacturer of premium technical textiles and polymer woven fabrics guided by the ethos of “Weaving Bonds”. With continuous loom and extrusion machinery operations, electric energy represents a major component of factory operational expenditures. To hedge against rising commercial grid tariffs and establish sustainable green manufacturing leadership, Sanvi Polyfab partnered with Onas Solar for a turnkey 1.2 MW industrial rooftop solar power plant.
The manufacturing facility required continuous, stable power with zero voltage fluctuation for high-precision weaving and extrusion lines. The industrial sheds featured standing-seam and trapezoidal profile roofs where Sanvi Polyfab mandated zero roof penetration to preserve 100% of the factory roof’s structural waterproofing warranty and avoid any risk of rainwater leakage onto sensitive textile inventory.
Onas Solar engineered and executed a custom non-penetrating aluminum standing-seam clamping array preserving 100% roof structural integrity. We deployed Tier-1 high-efficiency Mono PERC / TOPCon Bifacial Solar PV Modules paired with industrial IP66 string inverters and automated cloud SCADA telemetry for real-time string-level generation optimization.
